What is the difference between a SpiritPath Retreat and a Workshop?
A SpiritPath Retreat incorporates activities, such as prayer, worship experiences, experiential activities, daily meditation, personal rejuvenation, and a celebration retreat banquet. The SpiritPath Team and the featured speaker work together to design and cocreate the retreat theme and to facilitate the schedule of retreat activities.
During SpiritPath retreats, the program team hosts a banquet celebration. The cost of the banquet is included in accommodations with meals. If you are a commuter, we encourage you to join us for the banquet, which is a fun and exciting way to honor our time together. Commuters who chose not to purchase a meal package will still be able to purchase a banquet ticket when they check in at the Unity Village Hotel and Conference Center. The cost of a banquet ticket is $20. Please note: SpiritPath Workshops do not feature a banquet.
To further broaden and enhance its spiritual offerings, SpiritPath also offers workshops led by world-renowned teachers, authors, and creative thinkers, which are in alignment with Unity's teachings. These workshops are designed, facilitated, and led by the presenter featuring content and a timetable of activities to specifically support the workshop's theme and topic. The SpiritPath Team will be on hand to welcome, orientate, and support you
during your stay.
What time do SpiritPath Retreats begin?
Please note that SpiritPath retreats have a different timetable than workshops. Details are provided below:
SpiritPath Retreats Hotel check-in (for all types of room accommodations on campus) takes place at the Unity Village Hotel Conference Center, located closest to Colbern Road entrance of Unity Village. What time do SpiritPath Retreats end?
SpiritPath Retreats that typically end on a Sunday will end by 10:15 a.m. so that guests may, if they choose, have the opportunity to attend the Unity Village Chapel Sunday Service that begins at 10:30 am. Other retreats that do not end on a Sunday typically end by noon the latest. Hotel check-out time is 11 a.m., although a later time can be requested. If necessary, your bags can be held for you until your departure.
