"What I Have Learned So Far" After 16 years of ministry, Karen Tudor shares the journey she has traveled as a woman, a mother and a minister - and how all these roles have impacted her life and taught her skills that work in ministry.  "I know that I have always been a minister - even on the playground in grade school!  I haven't always acted in ways I am proud of, but I have learned that it is my humanity, not my wisdom or education, that reaches people and opens their hearts to me."  Karen will share what she has learned in raising two daughters and being involved as they raise their own daughters; what her career in healthcare taught her and how her ministry draws on all of her life experience in ways that she believes changes lives.  Undoubtedly you will hear your own story in listening to hers!   BIO - Karen Tudor, ordained as a Unity minister in 1994, has been the Senior Minister of Unity Church of Practical Christianity in New Braunfels, Texas since 2004. Karen has a 20 year background in healthcare and served as an associate minister with Unity Church of Christianity, Houston, Texas for 7 years. Prior to joining the Unity Church in New Braunfels, Karen served as a hospice chaplain and guest speaker and workshop leader throughout the state of Texas and beyond. She is active in the Association of Unity Churches, International, serving on ministry teams at the national level and on the regional board. Karen is the co-host of the internet radio show "Biblical Power For Your Life" with Rev. Jim Gaither that airs on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. CST on www.unity.fm since November 2007.
