Presenter-Church Agreement

This agreement form between a presenter and a Unity church was submitted by the Standards Ministry Team and approved in January by the Board of Trustees.

Important Note: If you choose to use the Presenter agreement in your church, make sure you have every presenter fill one out. Every presenter means any and all presenters from outside your church and any and all presenters who are part of your congregation. If you do not have every presenter fill out the Presenter agreement, you could open your church to an allegation of discrimination.
