Job Title:  Customer Contact Center Representative, Bilingual 
Department:   Customer Care
Work Schedule: Four-day work week, 36 hours per week
Salary Range:   $9.38 to $12.74/hour
 
 
JOB PROFILE: (Brief summary of responsibilities and requirements)
 
Answer incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and correspondence of all types of a spiritual and/or business nature and provide prompt customer service. Respond to the callers’ telephone requests and inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. Update customer database records as appropriate to ensure the best possible service. Offer Unity products for sale as appropriate in conjunction with organizational objectives. Answer individual correspondents with appropriate prewritten material or an original letter as necessary.
 
PREREQUISITES
 
·        Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. 
·        Minimum of one year experience working with a Windows-based computer and Microsoft applications in a customer service related position. 
·        Must be willing to learn basic knowledge of Unity philosophy and terminology and apply in customer contacts. 
·        Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team with other members of the department.
·        Must demonstrate good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
·        Satisfactory completion of Spanish/English Bilingual Test and Bilingual Basic Office Skills (no math)
 
Preferred:
·        Commitment to affirmative prayer.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: (Functions essential to job)
1.                  Provide accurate information and prompt service to callers while maintaining patient, calm, and courteous manner.
2.                  Read and analyze incoming e-mails and correspondence of both spiritual and business nature and respond according to written procedures.
3.                  Make changes to letters as needed to maintain tone, flow, and clarity of prewritten material. Write original paragraphs or letters as necessary.
4.                  Analyze and evaluate correspondent’s record and search as necessary for appropriate information to adjust and/or correct customer records.
5.                  Make sales recommendations of products to callers that support organizational objectives as needed.
6.                  Make outgoing calls as appropriate.
7.                  Maintain confidentiality of all work.

8.                  Work overtime as required.
