- Explore how Jesus taught, prayed and healed.
- Learn the difference between Jesus, Jesus Christ, the Christ and Christ Jesus and why it's important to your spiritual growth to understand these differences.
- Discover the spiritual meaning of The Great Commission.
In this class, you'll use the Gospels to discover both the concepts that Jesus taught and the methods he used to teach his disciples. Register for Jesus' Teachings in the Bible and learn to build a strong spiritual foundation based on what we believe Jesus actually taught rather than what others taught about him and his work.
This course will appeal to any open-minded student who desires to gain a deeper, more practical understanding of Jesus Christ and his teachings. You'll learn to know Jesus as the Great Example – a Master Teacher and Way Shower whom we may follow, rather than as the Great Exception. Previous Bible study will be helpful, but is not required. Students may wish to complete Overview of the Christian Scriptures before registering for this course. |
