The series of Unity Webcast courses will make it possible for you to participate in a live class experience from the comfort of your own home. Our new Webcast classes will focus entirely on the needs of online distance learning students. You, your instructor, and each of the other participants in the class will meet in an Internet “virtual classroom” where you'll be able to hear the instructor's voice and see his/her “live image.” Your computer screen will deliver class handouts and other material that will enhance the learning experience. You'll be able to ask questions and participate in discussions through the “chat” capability of the virtual classroom.
We'd like to tailor our new Webcast courses to meet your requirements as an adult learner as completely as we can. We would appreciate your feedback following your “virtual” classroom experience. Please provide information whether the courses fit your learning needs and if the times were convenient. We recognize the importance of providing classes that will be convenient for learners in different time zones, and we're very willing to be flexible.
To participate in our Unity Webcast courses, you'll need a computer (Mac or PC, both are fine) with a broadband (DSL or cable) Internet connection. You'll also need to be comfortable using a computer mouse or other pointing device, be able to open and close programs, and send and receive e-mail. Technical Requirements
