How precious are the times when we unite heart to heart with other praying friends! We are grateful to join people around the world in quiet moments of communion with God. During this sacred time, we reflect on the Christ, our inherent spiritual nature as creations of God.

Let us quiet our minds and open our hearts now as we center ourselves in the Christ within.

Serenity flows from the depths of our souls. We are immersed in peace.

The Christ within is our unending source of peace. Becoming still now, we allow peace to soothe any fear or concern. We deepen our breathing and release any feeling of tension. We open ourselves to poise and tranquility.

Relaxing in the silence, we allow the peace of Christ to permeate every facet of our bodies, minds and spirits. Serene and secure, we let the peace of our hearts flow outward to the people we hold in prayer.

Let us pause now for a time of silent prayer …

The Christ Light guides us on 
a path of renewal and discovery.

Centered and calm, we look to our inner Christ Light for guidance as we follow our unique paths through life. We trust this light to help us discover our true purpose and direct us in all circumstances.

Attuned to the Christ Light, we open our minds to divine wisdom and ideas. We make good decisions and wise choices.

Resting in an ever-deepening awareness of the Christ Light, we pray …

Our bodies are temples of the risen Christ. We are strong and whole.

We turn our attention to the divine life energy that radiates throughout our body temples. This healing power renews every atom, cell, tis-sue, and organ. It is our sustenance and strength.

We affirm life and know with absolute faith that we are being revitalized and energized from the top our heads to the tips of our toes.

Giving thanks for divine life and wholeness, we return to the silence of prayer …

We realize the substance of Spirit 
and accept it with gratitude.

We have instant access to Spirit and to divine substance which enriches each experience of our lives.

In this quiet time, we are receptive to creative ideas. We develop and use these ideas; we open ourselves to the flow of prosperity. We discover new avenues that enrich our lives and create a better world.

With gratitude for abundance, we pray in the silence …

With faith and compassion, 
we shine the peace 
of Christ into the world.

Each prayer we pray deepens our awareness of the peace of Christ that lives within us and within the hearts of people everywhere. Centered in this infinite presence of peace, we express understanding and compassion.

We let the light of peace within us radiate from us to others. Our peaceful presence has a harmonizing influence on family, friends, neighbors and leaders here and around the globe.

We honor the Christ spirit of peace within everyone as we pray …

Our awareness of the Christ continues to bless us with new expressions of light, life, love and peace.

With renewed spirits and awareness of the Christ within, we turn our attention to our surroundings, ready to resume the activities of our day.
