What a blessing it is to join heart to heart in these moments of prayer. In this time of quiet contemplation, we focus our thoughts on God and on the unlimited power of God that abides within. With hearts united as one, we give thanks for the transformative power of God as we begin this prayer time.

 

We breathe into this moment of tranquillity and experience the peace of God.
 

As we turn within now, we breathe deeply and allow our bodies to relax and our minds to become peaceful. We set aside any care or concern, for in this moment there is only God … only peace …
 

As we think of peace, we imagine a gentle stream, flowing freely through a meadow. Like this stream, the power of God flows in and through us as peace, filling our minds and hearts with absolute tranquillity.
 

All the good we desire is ours through the unlimited power of God. Resting in this peaceful awareness, we join in prayer now …
 

We are confident as we listen to and act upon divine guidance.
 

As we continue this prayerful experience, we give thanks for the gentle flow of divine love that directs us on our paths. Just as a stream follows a divinely directed path, we, too, follow the path of God each day.
 

The power of God as wisdom guides us in right ways. It illumines our minds to the answers we seek, to the experiences that lead us to greater happiness and fulfillment.
 

In this prayerful moment, we open ourselves to the flow of divine guidance. We breathe in once again and relax in an awareness of God and in the faith that answers are being revealed.
 

Attuned to this all-knowing power now, we pray …

Health is our natural state of being. 
We are energetic in mind and body.
 

As we turn our thoughts to health and wholeness, we breathe in, filling our bodies with divine healing power and our hearts with peace. This stream of healing energy is at work in every atom, cell, tissue and organ of our bodies, revitalizing and renewing us and returning us to our natural state of being.
 

We breathe more deeply now … we give thanks for the mighty healing power of God and allow ourselves to feel it deep within. We are peaceful and calm. We are one with God, healthy and whole in every way. In this peaceful awareness, we rest in the comforting, healing power of God.
 

In this sacred place of peace, we pray …
 

We live in an abundant world and trust God to reveal our good to us.
 

The power of God is unlimited and absolute. It fills us with prospering thoughts and leads us to fulfilling opportunities.
 

As we hold thoughts of abundance, we become more aware of the prospering power of God. We open our minds to divine ideas and our hearts to divine blessings. We know that every positive thought, every prosperous opportunity, every feeling of peace is evidence of God's infinite goodness.
 

Just as a stream generates unlimited energy, the stream of God's prospering power generates unlimited good in our lives. We give thanks for this power and for the abundance that we know is ours each day.
 

With faith in our hearts, we now pray …
 

We are unique expressions of love, living as one family of God.
 

The power of divine love unites us as one family, one world. In this awareness, we now affirm peace for the world. We envision all people united in love and expressing love and compassion to one another.
 

As God's beloved, we live in an abundant, peaceful world, a world in which all people are united in Spirit and faith. Giving thanks for this truth, we hold thoughts of peace and understanding for our world.
 

United as one family, we now pray …
 

As we close this prayer time together, we give thanks for this opportunity to relax and turn our thoughts to God. We have opened our hearts and our lives to the infinite power of God within. United in this power and holding thoughts of good, we join now in praying the “Prayer for Protection”:
 

The light of God surrounds us;
The love of God enfolds us;
The power of God protects us;
The presence of God watches
       over us.
Wherever we are, God is!
