Question:

"Keep on keeping on" is used as an urban saying and I just wondered if it is in the Bible.

Comment:

Well, "keep on keeping on" is not a direct quote from the Bible (not in any translation I'm aware of anyway!), but I think we could find its meaning supported throughout the Bible. What came immediately to mind is this wonderful line from Paul's Letter to the Galatians: "So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up" (Galatians 6:9). It seems to me a clear promise that we will always be rewarded for "doing what is right"—even though it may sometimes seem that we're just spinning our wheels. The power of our positive, loving thoughts and choices will result in a harvest of positive, loving energy. I think Paul would wholeheartedly agree that we need to "keep on keeping on."   Blessings!
