Question:

Louise Hay mentioned Matthew 6 on one of her CDs as a verse that can assist one in having faith and releasing doubt and worry. But in the quote it also mentioned the word "deserve," and I was curious about the metaphysical interpretation of that.

Comment:

Matthew 6 isn't a verse, it's a chapter—one of the three chapters (Matthew 5, 6 and 7) that constitute the collection of Jesus' teachings that has come to be known as the Sermon on the Mount. It's a long and dense chapter; every verse is both familiar and important, including verses 9-13, which constitute the Lord's Prayer. I can't cover the entire chapter in one response; I suspect Louise Hay referred to one specific verse or passage. If you can identify that verse, I'll be happy to look at its metaphysics.   Blessings!
